Refund Process:
1. Contact us at support@bestsellone.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged).
3. We'll guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
5. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refund Amount:
1. Full refund for the item price (excluding shipping costs).
2. Store credit or replacement item (if preferred).
Exceptions:
1. Custom-made or personalized items.
2. Items on sale or clearance.
3. Items damaged during return shipping.
